Will be added to the Wavelet Database:
BILAP - Main file and routines in FORTRAN as well as the data files to solve the Bi-Laplacian equation with homogeneous boundary conditions on the square [0,1]^2 by an algorithm, based on the interpolatory wavelet transform. The construction on the interval is done in order to preserve the order of approximation and the stability. For the wavelet on the square, we consider here the tensor product of the univariate wavelet basis on the interval.
