Will be added to the Wavelet Database: BILAP - Main file and routines in FORTRAN as well as the data files to solve the Bi-Laplacian equation with homogeneous boundary conditions on the square [0,1]^2 by an algorithm, based on the interpolatory wavelet transform. The construction on the interval is done in order to preserve the order of approximation and the stability.
