Found this for mumps (it works with freefem++ for some reason):

the correct tar archive is in ff/upstream/download/pkg

The 32-bit version is not ready yet. I will only have access to a 32-bit Ubuntu system on monday. I will let you know as soon as this version is available for download.

Just tried building 12.4. There are some links that don't work:
fftw is now in ftp://ftp.fftw.org/pub/fftw/old
mshmet is now at version 2012.04.25 so download fails as file is not there. If I find any more I will post them here.

32-bit software can often run on 64-bit systems, but 64-bit software imperatively needs a 64-bit system. I will build a 32-bit version of FreeFem++-cs. It should work fine.

Could you try version 12.4 for Windows? Tetgen should work fine now (it was a problem with optimization options at compilation time).
